Job Description

Location: India - North / South / East / West (4 positions)

Department: MEAI Region

Job Description

We are looking for 4 Components Sales Managers to join our India team, covering North, South, East, and West regions respectively. You will be responsible for driving Lexar's Component product sales through distribution channels, System integrator , laptop upgrade specialist , gaming and government tenders ,in your designated region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Component distribution network across assigned region
  • Achieve annual sales targets and KPI metrics
  • Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and channel partners
  • Monitor market intelligence (competitor pricing, channel dynamics)
  • Collaborate with RSM and FOS teams to drive regional growth

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in Component / Electronics sales
  • Brand Background: Prior experience with major Component brands (Crucial, Samsung, Sk Hynix, Micron, WD, etc.) is a MUST
  • Channel Knowledge: Strong understanding of India IT distribution (T1-T4)
  • Language: English proficiency required
  • Location: Must be based locally in India

Preferred Qualifications

  • ✅ Experience with storage products (SSD, DRAM)
  • ✅ Existing network with India IT channels
  • ✅ Team management experience
  • ✅ OEM / Brand agency experience
