We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused ComplianceWire Support Specialist to provide day-to-day operational support for our training management activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the ComplianceWire Learning Management System (LMS) and will be responsible for user support, password resets, training assignment administration, and IT ticket resolution related to training workflows.
This role requires strong organizational skills, basic workflow management knowledge, and the ability to provide timely support to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for ComplianceWire users, including troubleshooting access and login issues.
- Perform password resets and user account maintenance within ComplianceWire.
- Process and resolve IT service tickets related to training assignments and learning management activities.
- Assign, update, and track training curricula and learning activities in ComplianceWire.
- Support end users with training enrollment, completion tracking, and system navigation.
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely resolution in accordance with service level expectations.
- Collaborate with HR, Quality, Compliance, and IT teams to resolve training-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Assist with user provisioning, deactivation, and role updates as needed.
- Support periodic audits and reporting activities related to training compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in LMS administration, training support, help desk support, or a related role.
- Experience working with ComplianceWire is highly preferred.
- Experience handling user account administration and password resets.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of basic workflow processes and training assignment management.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
- Knowledge of GxP training compliance processes.
- Experience generating training reports and compliance metrics.
- Familiarity with quality and compliance-related training programs.
