Compliance:BUCG -KYC- AVP

Description

Extensive knowledge and understanding onKYCguidelines & it's application.
Updating Bank'sKYC/AML Policy Annually or as and when there are major changes in Regulatory Guidelines.
He/She will beresponsible for updating and reviewing existing policies and procedures as per setKYCguidelines.
Handling of Compliance/KYCrelated queries and approvals.

Dissemination of RAR Report to Businesses, closure of open issues in RAR and RMP forKYC.
Perusal of PMC/CMC/COC, Internal Circulars in line with relevant applicable regulations /internal policies
Providing relevant inputs for preparation of Senior Management Presentations /Dashboards
Testing Processes related to Observations/Regulatory line items of RBI and closure of Testing reports.
Approval of any new processes in Support functions after ensuring all regulatory/internal guidelines have been complied.
Supervising dissemination of actionable emanating from new guidelines and ensuring implementation by the respective Business units of the Bank
Around 7 to 10 years of experience in Compliance out of which around 3 years of experience in the profile ofKYC. Experience in Audit and/or Compliance and/or Business Risk Management and/or as (Assistant) Relationship Manager will be considered a plus (2-3 years preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English are a must, including the ability to summarize findings in a clear and concise manner.
