Job Title: Junior Compliance & Contract Operations Associate

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Compliance & Contract Operations Associate to support compliance reporting, contract administration, and documentation activities related to US government and public-sector contracts. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in compliance, contracts, operations, and business administration.
The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams to help maintain accurate records, track compliance requirements, and support reporting and audit activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance & Reporting Support
- Assist in preparing and maintaining compliance reports and regulatory documentation.
- Track filing deadlines and update compliance calendars.
- Ensure required documents are organized and submitted on time.
- Maintain records of compliance submissions and supporting documentation.
- Support responses to compliance-related requests and inquiries.
Contract Administration Support
- Review contracts and identify basic reporting or documentation requirements.
- Maintain contract files and compliance records.
- Track contract-related deadlines and obligations.
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation gathering.
Purchase Order (PO) & Documentation Management
- Maintain and update purchase order logs.
- Organize PO records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in verifying information against contract requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues.
Operations & Finance Coordination
- Support accounting and operations teams with compliance-related documentation.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records for reporting purposes.
- Help gather documents required for audits and internal reviews.
Process & Documentation Improvement
- Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting templates.
- Support documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities to improve record-keeping and administrative processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience (internships or academic project experience also considered).
- Basic knowledge of business operations, compliance, contracts, or administration.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or coursework related to compliance, contracts, accounting, procurement, or business operations.
- Exposure to working with US clients or international business environments.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP (preferred but not required).
