This is a full-time, on-site position for a Compliance Specialist at our Noida office. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring regulatory and legal adherence, developing compliance policies, and performing regular audits. The role includes monitoring organizational procedures, conducting risk assessments, and analyzing data to ensure compliance. Strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.

• Proficiency in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, assess risks, and provide actionable insights
• In-depth knowledge of Legal Compliance and familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a compliance-related role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field is preferred
