Job Title: Global Compliance & Governance Manager

Years of exp: 7 years

We are looking for an experienced compliance professional to support and strengthen our global compliance framework across international business operations. The role involves partnering with stakeholders across regions to identify compliance risks, implement effective controls, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and support compliance initiatives across global business functions.
• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and provide guidance to business stakeholders.
• Identify compliance, governance, and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen internal controls and compliance processes.
• Support the implementation and execution of compliance programs, policies, and frameworks.
• Conduct compliance reviews, monitoring activities, and risk assessments.
• Develop compliance awareness programs, training materials, and best-practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, audit, and business teams to maintain a strong compliance culture.
• Support governance reporting and provide compliance-related insights to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations across jurisdictions.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in Compliance, Governance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, or Regulatory Affairs.
• Exposure to multinational organizations with global operations.
• Experience working across multiple geographies and regulatory environments.
• Hands-on experience in compliance program implementation, risk management, and control frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Law Degree
