Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Investigator specialist for execution of various ombudsperson investigations as per the Ombudsperson Policy and Procedure and carry the compliance monitoring audits assigned. You will be involved in the assigned investigations and will play an important role in understanding, evaluating various controls and processes in relation to compliance aspects of the key compliance polices. This position will work closely with other compliance team members and support initiatives from various subject matter experts and stakeholders in various departments.
Roles & Responsibilities
. You will be responsible for Leading and executing the Investigations as per the Ombudsperson Policy and Procedures. And also executing the compliance monitoring audits and reviews as per the compliance audit annual plan.
. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth root cause analysis, identification of processes and controls identified to be non-operative and suggesting corrective and preventive actions.
. You will be responsible for participating in the training, communication, and sensitization of the aspects of Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (COBE) and other key compliance policies.
. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting of investigation reports for senior management
Qualifications
Educational qualification: Associated Charted Accountant
Minimum work experience: 6-8 years in a compliance-related role, with a focus on investigations in a pharmaceutical organisation.

Technical Skills
. Demonstrated understanding of the general pharmaceutical business, showcasing knowledge of industry dynamics, trends, and challenges.
. Must have experience in conducting internal investigations into misconduct, fraud, corruption, harassment, retaliation, conflicts of interest, and policy violations.
Good exposure in interviewing complainants, subjects, and witnesses, including evidence-based questioning techniques, evidence collection, analysis, preservation, and documentation.
. Extensive experience managing litigation matters and working with external legal counsel.
. In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
. Demonstrated expertise in legal management and legal operations.
. Proven track record in corporate compliance and implementing effective compliance programs.
