Our client is a licensed Payment Institution seeking a pivotal Senior Compliance Manager to lead and oversee regulatory adherence and develop a robust governance for the business.

- Oversee and implement regulatory compliance frameworks aligned with local financial authorities.
- Monitor operational workflows to identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory and compliance risks.
- Review internal controls, transaction monitoring processes, and anti-money laundering protocols.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and report key operational risk metrics to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business practices meet evolving regulatory standards.
skills and experience required
- Demonstrated experience in compliance within financial services or payment solutions.
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory standards, anti-money laundering, and counter-financing of terrorism guidelines, particularly under the MPI (Major Payment Institution) licensing regime.
- Experience engaging with internal auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams with compliance policies.
