This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the real estate sector and interested in understanding how real estate projects are structured, documented, and regulated across the project lifecycle under the MahaRERA framework.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in real estate project compliance processes for projects registered under MahaRERA
- Assist in preparation and submission of project-related compliance applications and supporting documentation
- Review and analyze project documents, layouts, approvals, and development-related records
- Support in monitoring project stages, timelines and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely completion of project compliance requirements
