Role:

RBI Compliance team liases with the SSM division of RBI and manages onsite supervisory inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

.Ability to understand the writ cases and respond basis inputs from business teams and law firms. Reviewing the responses received to ensure that requirement from the regulator is suitably addressed.

.Managing escalations and complaints from the SSM team

.Liasoning with the internal stakeholders for timely revert

.Ensuring timely and quality response to the SSM team on legal cases as well as other aspects

.Timely updates to Senior Management

.Working with CAROs and other stakeholders to ensure timely responses from the team as well as communication to the CAROs on regulatory expectations

.Maintaining the tracker on the activities performed.

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

.Any graduation from a recognized institute

.Ability to understand regulatory guidelines is expected

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

• Keen to read and understand regulations and apply to cases / observations received from RBI.

.Good verbal communication and effective co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders

.Sound understanding of legal terminology, life cycle of litigations etc

.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Proficient in working on MS Excel, Word, & Power point.

.Sound knowledge of regulations
