About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Onboarding Specialist / Senior Analyst (Level 1) to support customer onboarding, KYC reviews, and AML due diligence across our payments, digital assets, and financial services ecosystem.
The successful candidate will perform first-line compliance reviews for individual, corporate, SME, and institutional customers, ensuring onboarding decisions are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks. The role requires strong expertise in customer due diligence, ownership verification, risk assessment, sanctions screening, and regulatory documentation.
This position is ideal for a compliance professional with experience in fintech, banking, payments, or digital asset environments who enjoys investigative work, ownership analysis, and balancing customer experience with regulatory obligations.
