Compliance Officers PMS & AIF

We are looking for two dedicated Compliance Officers to join our Legal & Compliance team, one for Portfolio Management Services and one for Alternative Investment Funds.

What You'll Do:

▸ Ensure end to end compliance with SEBI PMS / AIF Regulations, circulars, and guidelines

▸ Monitor fund operations, onboarding, KYC/AML, investment restrictions, portfolio limits, and investor disclosures

▸ Handle SEBI regulatory filings, inspections, audits, and correspondence

▸ Review marketing material, PPMs, performance disclosures, and client communications

▸ Develop and implement compliance policies, SOPs, and monitoring programmes

▸ Track regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation

▸ Prepare compliance MIS and periodic reports for senior management and Board

Who We're Looking For:

▸ 3-5 years of experience in a SEBI-regulated entity : PMS, AIF, Mutual Fund, Broking, or Investment Advisory

▸ Post Graduate in Law. CS or CA preferred.

▸ NISM certification is an advantage

▸ Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, compliance monitoring, and risk assessment
