Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gandhinagar for the role of Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring all company policies, procedures, and operations adhere to relevant regulatory requirements. The role includes monitoring and assessing compliance processes, preparing reports, identifying potential risks, and implementing appropriate corrective actions. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining strong communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure a culture of compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

• SEBI compliance for Foreign Portfolio Investments (FPI)
• IFSCA and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) compliance for GIFT City
• KYC/AMLA supervision for institutional counterparties and compliance with MiFID Money Laundering Directives

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as Compliance officer in a SEBI or IFSCA licensed entity
• Relevant NISM and CAMS certifications
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies
• Knowledge and ability to operate applications and wallets for digital assets is a big plus
• Familiarity with the financial services sector and relevant regulatory frameworks (especially India, EU, UK) is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or Professional qualifications such as CA or CFA
