About Our Client

Our client is a well-established international bank with a strong footprint across Asia and a growing presence in Singapore. As the bank continues to expand its Private Banking capabilities, it is looking to strengthen its local compliance team with a professional who can play a key role in supporting the development of the business and its regulatory framework.

Job Description

• Develop and enhance compliance policies, procedures and client onboarding frameworks for the Private Banking business.
• Provide compliance advisory across investment and Private Banking products and services.
• Review complex client onboarding and ongoing compliance matters, including SOW/SOF and customer risk assessments.
• Draft and review internal procedures, client documentation and compliance guidelines.
• Work with business and technology teams on system enhancements and compliance control requirements.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 3 years of relevant compliance experience within Private Banking or Wealth Management in Singapore.
• Strong compliance advisory experience, including policy development, client onboarding and product-related compliance matters.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and Singapore's regulatory framework for Private Banking activities.
• Experience supporting a broad range of Private Banking or investment products.
