Core Responsibilities:
- Compliances in accordance with the Companies Act, RBI and SEBI rules
- Guide & support the board to ensure that operations are in accordance with rules and regulations of the rules & regulations
- Organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings
- Take responsibility for the administration of the company, for example: maintaining statutory books, including minute book, registers, organising board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs), preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Manage regulatory fillings
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action
- Liaise with external regulators, advisers & service providers such as lawyers and auditors
- Manage Compliances of NBFC, AIF, Charitable Trusts, LLPs & Private Limited Companies of the group.
- Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
Qualifications and Skill Sets:
- Minimum CS completed
- Working experience/ Training under PCS
- Freshers welcome
