Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, while also fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on compliance issues and violations.
  • Conduct compliance audits and assessments.
  • Provide training and support to employees on compliance matters.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations that affect the organization.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and respond to inquiries.
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
