Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer will ensure that company operations are in strict alignment with regulatory and legal standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting compliance audits, developing and monitoring compliance policies, providing advice on regulatory requirements, maintaining records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address compliance risks. The role also involves educating employees on compliance topics and staying updated on changes in applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills and ability to assess and mitigate risks
  • Excellent Communication skills for internal and external collaboration
  • Basic understanding of Finance to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Relevant experience in compliance roles, preferably in a corporate or related sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
