Compliance Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance Manager to drive a strong culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability across the organisation. This role will provide practical compliance guidance, manage key compliance processes, and promote a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ethics and compliance programmes, policies, and related initiatives.
• Conduct third-party due diligence, sanctions screening, and adverse media reviews.
• Provide guidance on anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, and other compliance matters.
• Support compliance risk assessments, monitoring, investigations, and remediation activities.
• Deliver compliance training and awareness programmes.
• Prepare compliance reporting and partner with internal stakeholders to address compliance risks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 7 years experience in Ethics & Compliance, Internal Control or a related field.
• Strong experience in sanctions screening and third-party due diligence.
• Knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
