Job Description

  • Drafting and reviewing compliance policies and frameworks
  • Designing and delivering compliance and ethics training programs
  • Maintaining audit-ready documentation and strong compliance trails
  • Conducting risk-based reviews and field assessments
  • Supporting internal investigations and compliance incident reporting
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and updating internal controls accordingly
  • Supporting audits, inspections, and leadership reporting through dashboards and metrics
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to embed a strong culture of ethics and compliance
  • Supporting AI-enabled compliance monitoring initiatives in line with data privacy regulations

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Postgraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations in the Life Sciences/Healthcare industry.
  • Analytical mindset with audit exposure strong Excel skills, and must have comfort with transactional work.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
