About Individual

We are looking for a highly disciplined, detailoriented compliance professional who has deep experience in ADII operations and regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and capable of independently managing regulatory interactions, audits, and compliance governance across the organization.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, understands the nuances of RBI regulations, and can build strong relationships with internal teams, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

What you'll be doing:

Handle endtoend ADII compliance, ensuring full adherence to RBI guidelines. Manage regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring timely closure of observations and reports.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the timely closure of regulatory queries.

Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns (Daily/Monthly/Annual) and address any followup queries.

Validate returns on a sample basis to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

Maintain proper records and documentation pertaining to regulatory correspondence.

Liaise regularly with internal and statutory auditors.

Discuss and resolve issues related to validation of returns and compliance reporting.

Ensure timely closure of queries raised on regulatory submissions.

Build and maintain a strong working relationship with RBI and other regulatory bodies.

Discuss and escalate any regulatory issues requiring management attention.

Whom you need to be:

A graduate or postgraduate with strong academic credentials. Certifications in AML/KYC are desirable.

5–10 years of experience in the compliance function of an ADII or Bank; experience in the HO of an ADII is an added advantage.

Strong working knowledge of CIMS/AP Connect, CRM tools, risk management tools, and MS Excel.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulations and translate them into operational requirements.

A selfstarter with a high sense of ownership, discipline, and professional integrity.

General Skills

8-10 years of experience in relevant fields.

MBA or any Postgraduate qualification

A go-getter attitude and beliefs in continuous improvement over time.

Excellent MS Office Skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good time management and organisational skills.

Ability to embrace new technologies.
