Compliance Manager (Contract - Perm)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring full adherence to AML/CFT regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with MAS regulatory requirements and international standards.
• Monitor and assess compliance risks related to digital asset activities
• Manage AML processes, including onboarding (KYC/CDD), transaction monitoring, STR filing, and ongoing customer due diligence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies (e.g., FSRA) and external auditors.
• Conduct periodic compliance training for internal teams and promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field; CAMS or other compliance certification is a strong plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within a fintech, or financial institution.
• Strong working knowledge of AML/CFT regulations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage regulators and senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
