Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Endpoint Compliance & Security Specialist to strengthen our endpoint security posture and ensure adherence to compliance standards across enterprise systems. The role involves working closely with global stakeholders, managing security tools, and driving continuous improvement in compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Security Management
- Work with enterprise-grade endpoint security tools such as SentinelOne, SCCM/MECM, Netskope, and related solutions
- Monitor, manage, and support endpoint security configurations, policies, and updates
- Assist in vulnerability mitigation and endpoint hardening initiatives
Compliance Monitoring & Governance
- Ensure endpoints and systems comply with internal security policies and regulatory standards
- Perform compliance tracking, reporting, and gap analysis across enterprise environments
- Support audits by maintaining accurate compliance documentation and evidence
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders, security teams, and IT operations
- Act as a point of contact for compliance-related queries and escalations
- Drive alignment across teams to maintain security and compliance standards
Compliance Enablement & Support
- Provide guidance to internal teams on compliance requirements and best practices
- Assist teams in remediation efforts to address non-compliance issues
- Contribute to awareness initiatives for improving organizational security posture
Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify opportunities to enhance compliance and security processes
- Recommend and support implementation of automation, tools, and process improvements
- Contribute to building scalable and standardized compliance frameworks
Incident & Ticket Management
- Raise, track, and manage security and compliance-related incidents through ticketing tools
- Coordinate with regional SPOCs to ensure timely resolution and closure within SLAs
- Maintain incident logs, tracking metrics, and reporting dashboards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in endpoint security, compliance, or IT infrastructure roles
- Hands-on exposure to tools like SCCM, Intune, SentinelOne, or similar endpoint technologies
- Strong understanding of endpoint compliance, patching, and security policies
- Experience in incident management and working with global stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
- Exposure to vulnerability management and audit processes
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
