We are currently hiring for Compliance Intern (Legal) profile at our leading Real Estate Consultancy firm at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Location. We are looking for a Compliance Intern (Legal) to work closely with our Compliance team on real estate regulatory and legal compliance under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA Act). This role is ideal for law students seeking practical exposure to real estate law, regulatory advisory, and corporate compliance practice beyond traditional litigation.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in drafting compliance-related documents, declarations, undertakings and regulatory submissions Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA Act) and other applicable real estate laws
- Conduct detailed review on RERA, real estate regulatory framework, land-related regulations, and compliance requirements applicable to real estate projects
- Conduct legal research related to RERA Act and real estate regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams for efficient execution of regulatory compliance requirements.
