The Successful Applicant
Deep understanding of RBI Master Circular for NBFC, Corporate law, RBI Master Directions and Companies Act Overall Corporate law compliance requirements.
Exposure to the RBI Act, BR Act, IRDA, Companies Act and allied regulations is essential for candidates from a broader financial-services background.
Demonstrated ability to manage Senior level, Board interactions independently, shape policy frameworks, and influence decision-making at the top level.
High proficiency in documentation, legal drafting, and regulatory interpretation.
A track record of managing audits, inspections, and regulatory correspondence confidently and professionally.
