The Compliance Officer US Recruiting will be responsible for ensuring that all recruitment and staffing activities at Vizva Consultancy Services comply with applicable US federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as client and vendor requirements. This role will work closely with recruiting, HR, sales, and leadership teams to mitigate risk, maintain audit readiness, and promote a strong culture of compliance across the organization.

Ensure compliance with US employment & labor laws

Manage I-9, E-Verify & onboarding compliance

Conduct audits & handle client compliance

Develop policies & train recruiting teams

Experience in US staffing or recruiting compliance

Strong knowledge of US labor laws

Excellent documentation & audit skills
