Job Description

We are seeking a someone to ensure adherence to various legal and regulatory requirements, including labor laws, tax regulations, and business operational policies. The role involves monitoring compliance, conducting audits, and ensuring the company follows applicable laws, such as the Shops & Establishment Act, Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, EPF Act, and other statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Central & State labor laws including Shops & Establishment, Factories, Minimum Wages, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, Contract Labour, and related Acts.
  • Monitor statutory filings, registrations, renewals, and documentation.
  • Conduct internal/external compliance audits and risk assessments; implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee HR and payroll compliance (wages, PF, ESI, leave, overtime, contracts).
  • Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and legal teams; handle inspections and notices.
  • Develop and update compliance policies and submit reports to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in compliance audits, payroll, and regulatory reporting.
  • Proficient in compliance tools, HRMS, and payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
