Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to manage our product certification, regulatory compliance and documentation requirements. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and completing certification processes such as STQC, BIS, FCC, CE and other applicable product approvals/certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end product certification and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate for STQC, BIS, FCC, CE and other applicable certifications/approvals.
- Coordinate with testing laboratories, certification agencies and concerned authorities.
- Prepare, maintain and submit required technical and compliance documents.
- Track certification applications, test reports, approvals, renewals and validity dates.
- Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of all certificates and licenses.
- Coordinate with internal technical, purchase and management teams for required documents and samples.
- Maintain proper records of certificates, test reports, declarations and compliance documents.
- Research applicable regulatory requirements for new and existing products.
- Follow up with agencies/labs until certification or approval is successfully completed.
- Maintain a proper compliance tracker and update management regularly.
- Ensure products and documentation remain compliant with applicable Indian and international standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Tech/B.E./BBA/B.COM Preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Product Certification, Regulatory Affairs or Documentation.
- Experience with BIS, STQC, FCC, CE or similar certifications will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and documentation.
- Strong follow-up, communication and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple certification processes.
- Basic understanding of electronic/IT products will be an added advantage.
