Compliance Engineer - Avionics

Location - Delhi

We're looking for Compliance Engineer with a minimum 2 years of experience in aerospace compliance specifically Aircraft Cabin Interior & Structures in Mechanical domain.

WillberesponsibleforCreationof

• compliancedocumentinaccordancewiththeOEMrequirements,
• Detaildesignspecification,
• compliancedemonstrationdocuments
• integrationinstructionsforcabinentities.

TheCEwillbeinvolvedthroughouttheDesignInvestigationincluding:

A.ProjectDefinitioninsupportoftheHeadoftheOfficeofAirworthiness:

• (1)SupportingtheClassificationofchangestoDesignorrepairasMajororMinor.
• (2)AgreetheCertificationbasisthroughidentifyingtheAirworthinessRequirements

Thiswillincludethedeterminationiflegacy/grandfatherrights'canbeused.

• (3)AgreetheMeansofComplianceincludingtheTestRequirements.
• (4)ApprovetheTestPlan.
• (5)Endorsetheprojecttomovetothenextphase.

b.Testing

(1)ComplianceEngineerhastodemonstratetestingtojustifycompliance,forexampletogainconfidencethataTestHousehasconductedthetestappropriatelyortodealwithanyissuesthatariseduringthetestthatneedinterpretationoncompliance.ThelevelofinvolvementoftheCEistotakeintoconsiderationthecriticalityofthesystem,maturityofthetechnology,typeoftestingetc.

c.Verification

• ComplianceEngineerhastoverifyallcompliancedata.
• SupportingtheClassificationofchangestoDesignorrepairasMajororMinor.
• AgreetheCertificationbasisthroughidentifyingtheAirworthinessRequirements
• Preparethecertificationprogramensuringcompliancerequirements
• Preparetestplanforcompliancerequirements

RequiredKnowledge:

• ExperienceofAerospaceseatingdesign&aircraftassemblyline.
• ExperienceonAerospacestructuredesign&Analysis
• ExperienceonAerospacemanufacturingprocessesandIndustrialstandard.
• GoodknowledgeoncreationofGuidelines,ProjectLeanDesignRoadmap
• ExperienceindevelopingthetemplatesandstandardstobeusedintheIndustrialProcess&innovativesolutions.
• KnowledgeofAerospacedesignstandards
• Knowledgeofcertification&flammabilityrequirementswillbepreferrable.
• GoodUnderstandingofIndustrialassemblyforAerospacemanufacturingindustry.
• Knowledgeofchangecontrol,productdefinitionandchangemanagementprocesses.
• Proficiency in use of various modules of CATIA V5, ENOVIA & Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE is preferable.
