We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to support our Compliance team at Vested Finance.

This role is best suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, good with follow-ups, and comfortable working with internal teams across India and the US.

You will help track employee compliance trainings, support onboarding-related compliance requirements, maintain records, assist with audit preparation, manage internal system updates, and support ongoing compliance operations.

This role will require daily evening overlap with our US-based compliance team.

• Compliance training tracking and follow-ups
• New hire compliance onboarding coordination
• Employee compliance records and documentation
• Internal compliance system updates
• Compliance testing and audit preparation support
• Trackers, reports, and internal status updates
• Coordination with HR, Compliance, and other internal teams

• 1–5 years of experience in compliance, operations, legal, admin, HR operations, or financial services
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Comfort with spreadsheets and internal systems
• Strong follow-up and task ownership
• Willingness to work with evening India-time overlap
• Bonus if you have worked in fintech, financial services, audit support, compliance operations, or GIFT City / IFSC-related work.
