Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Compliance Audit Associate to join our team during a period of rapid global expansion. In this role, you will serve as a primary line of defence, ensuring the rigorous application of our compliance policies and procedures across all international offices. As a key member of a dynamic, high-performing team, you will conduct internal audits of the entire consultation lifecyclefrom initial expert vetting to client interactionto mitigate risk and uphold the industry-leading standards that define the Third Bridge compliance framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute a wide range of internal audits focusing on compliance policies and procedures to ensure we are compliant with applicable laws, internal compliance procedures and pre-agreed client specific processes.
  • Identify gaps, review responses and recommend improvements to business processes so that a strict compliance standard is maintained.
  • Provide written and oral feedback on findings and ensure concerns are drawn to the attention of Compliance Audit senior management in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest compliance requirements and any relevant legislative changes.
  • Work closely with our IT/ BI team to gather or explore internal data as required.
  • Undertake special projects which have arisen through communication between the business and Compliance Audit senior management.

Skills:

  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify red flags and inconsistencies within a complex environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to confidently communicate compliance requirements to diverse internal stakeholders and global team
  • Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment; able to manage multiple audit queues simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in compliance, internal audit and risk management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, CA, CIA, ACCA or equivalent that requires high levels of analytical reasoning.
  • The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the country they are applying.
