About the Role
We are looking for seasoned Compliance and Legal personnel to join ASAP in Mumbai.This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities to manage large-scale infrastructure, vendor ecosystems, and Compliance aligned with organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all statutory approvals are obtained before operations.
- Maintain zero non-compliance incidents.
2. Legal Documentation
- Draft, review, and execute all infrastructure-related agreements.
- Maintain complete legal records.
3. Infrastructure Approvals
Coordinate with government departments for:
- Fire NOC
- Occupancy Certificate
- Trade License
- Building permissions
- Environmental approvals (where applicable)
4. Risk Management
- Identify legal risks before project commencement.
- Minimize penalties and litigation.
5.Compliance Monitoring
- Conduct periodic compliance audits.
- Ensure corrective actions are closed within agreed timelines.
Key Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in large scale Infrastructure & Compliance roles.
- Exposure to the educationsector / large campuses / corporate infrastructure preferred.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM / Engineering background (Civil/Electrical preferred).
- Certifications in Facility Management / Project Management (added advantage).
