Role Description The Compliance Analyst ITGC is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for performing IT General Controls (ITGC) testing and assessments across systems and processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The analyst will review control design and operating effectiveness, document test results, and support remediation activities in collaboration with IT, finance, and audit teams. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing control gaps, preparing compliance reports, maintaining evidence repositories, and supporting internal and external audits. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, participating in risk assessments, and clearly communicating compliance findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Regulatory Compliance skills, with experience in ITGC frameworks, risk management, and relevant standards or regulations.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, assess control effectiveness, and identify process and control gaps.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to write clear documentation, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance and Auditing, including familiarity with audit methodologies, control testing, and financial processes.
  • Candidates ideally have experience with IT audits or IT risk assessments, and knowledge of common enterprise systems and controls.
  • Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, finance, accounting, or a related field; relevant certifications (such as CISA, CIA, or similar) are an advantage.
  • Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
