We're Hiring | Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator

Location: Noida (On-site)

Shift: Night Shift

Experience: 1–3 Years (Fresh postgraduates may apply)

TOPTAL CARE is a growing organization, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator to manage onboarding processes, compliance tracking, documentation, and operational reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, ownership, and building processes.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding checklists including offer/LOI coordination, document collection, background verification workflow support, and system updates
  • Coordinate policy acknowledgements and ensure onboarding documentation is complete and well-maintained
  • Handle offboarding activities including exit documentation, asset recovery coordination, and full & final settlement inputs

Compliance & Operations

  • Maintain statutory compliance trackers including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments, and basic gratuity tracking
  • Ensure documentation standards are followed and compliance records remain audit-ready
  • Prepare and maintain operational MIS reports such as attendance, leave records, joiners/leavers, onboarding status, and compliance expiry tracking

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Management / Human Resources / Industrial Relations (MBA, MSW, MA preferred)
  • Strong English writing skills with the ability to create structured documents and SOPs
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (trackers, pivot tables, basic dashboards preferred)
  • High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and confidentiality

What Success Looks Like (First 60 Days)

  • Deliver 8–10 core company policies in TOPTAL CARE format
  • Create 3–5 SOPs including Onboarding, Offboarding, Document Control, Attendance & Leave, and Compliance Tracking
  • Implement statutory compliance trackers and onboarding checklists
  • Establish a clean digital file structure and a monthly MIS reporting template
