Job Description

Job Description

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to legal and statutory obligations across the organization.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage external audits effectively.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry-specific regulations and ensure their implementation.
  • Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Address and resolve compliance-related issues and concerns promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Law/CS
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations in the Retail industry.
  • Proven ability to implement compliance frameworks effectively.
  • Experience handling regulatory audits and liaising with authorities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
