JOB TITLE: Competitive Marketing Research Manager
LOCATION : Hyderabad, India
As a Competitive Intelligence Analyst, you will be critical in supporting Kore.ai's Compete program, enabling the organization to position its market-leading AI solutions more effectively. Reporting to the Product Marketing lead, you will gather, analyze, and distribute insights to empower sales, marketing, and product teams. Responsibilities include:
- Research & Analysis: Monitor, gather, and analyze competitor data from various sources, including websites, financial reports, news, and industry events.
- Market Monitoring: Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive moves to identify opportunities and threats.
- Battle Card Development: Create and maintain competitive battle cards, playbooks, and positioning guides to support the sales team in competitive engagements.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, sales, and product teams to identify competitive intelligence needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Sales Enablement: Support training sessions for sales teams, focusing on competitive differentiation and messaging.
- Reporting: Develop concise and visually appealing reports to share findings with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Tool Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing competitive intelligence tools and repositories.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in competitive intelligence, market research, product marketing, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and frameworks (e.g., Crayon, Klue).
- Exposure to B2B enterprise technology, particularly AI and automation solutions.
- Experience creating sales enablement materials or reports.
Wow factor:
- Comfortable with Figma, can create and edit
- Knowledge of Adobe suite, in particular video (Premier Pro, After Effects)
- Knowledge of AI tools within Apps for work, how to build bots that stick to brand values
- Ability to use standard Marketing tools like Canva, Hubspot, Seismic, Etc.
