Role Description
The project aims to design and implement a structured competency framework for junior to mid-level roles across functions such as Finance, Treasury, Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, HR, and IT. The engagement involves conducting industry benchmarking, defining role-specific competencies and proficiency levels, mapping current workforce capabilities, and identifying critical skill gaps. The outcome will be a standardized, data-driven framework that enables informed talent decisions, supports capability development, enhances workforce readiness, and aligns employee skills with the organization's strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in Talent Management, Organization Development, or HR Consulting, with strong expertise in competency mapping, skill matrix design, and capability assessment frameworks. Experience in defining role-based competencies, proficiency levels, conducting skill gap analyses, and partnering with business leaders to build workforce capability frameworks is essential. Prior exposure to financial services organizations and corporate functions such as Finance, Risk, Legal, HR, and IT will be highly preferred. Strong analytical, benchmarking, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role.
