We are looking for a Compensation Specialist to design, manage, and optimize compensation programs across Scry AI. This role is critical in ensuring competitive, equitable, and performance-driven compensation strategies that align with business goals.
Role Overview
As a Compensation Specialist at Scry AI, you will be responsible for managing compensation frameworks, conducting benchmarking, and providing insights to support the total rewards strategy. You will collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to ensure fair and data-driven compensation practices in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
