Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedCompensation Specialistto design, implement, and manage competitive compensation programs aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and market knowledge to ensure fair and effective reward strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain compensation structures and salary benchmarking
  • Analyze market trends and internal data to support pay decisions
  • Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive plans
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory compensation standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compensation analysis and design
  • Strong knowledge of compensation tools, surveys, and methodologies
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
  • Certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP) is a plus
