Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support annual and off‑cycle compensation processes including merit, bonus, and promotion cycles.
  • Perform compensation data analysis, validation, and reporting.
  • Conduct internal equity, pay parity, and market competitiveness analysis.
  • Support job pricing and market benchmarking using compensation survey data.
  • Prepare Excel‑based models, dashboards, and trackers for compensation reporting.
  • Respond to routine compensation queries from HRBPs with guidance and analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to compensation frameworks and policies.
  • Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
  • Strong understanding of core compensation practices, including pay structures, market benchmarking, and annual pay review cycles.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (data analysis, macro, data modeling).
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive data.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to explain compensation concepts to HR partners.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a large or matrixed organization.
  • Exposure to HR systems and compensation analytics.
