Job Description

Location: India

Experience: 10+ Years

Reporting To: HR Head

Industry: Healthcare / Health-Tech / Diagnostics

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Comp & Rewards Lead to design, manage, and optimize our Total Rewards philosophy. In this position, you will play a critical role in attracting and retaining top clinical, technical, and corporate talent across the organization.

A unique and impactful aspect of this role involves designing outcome-based incentive structures: our physicians and clinical staff are evaluated on the quality of care and patient experience, rather than traditional revenue-linked targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Total Rewards Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive Total Rewards framework aligned with core organizational values, business goals, and the competitive healthcare landscape.
  • Compensation & Salary Structuring: Manage end-to-end compensation structures, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness across clinical, non-clinical, and corporate roles.
  • Quality-Driven Incentive Design: Partner with the HR Head and clinical leadership to build unique, outcome-driven performance incentive plans that reward quality of care over clinical volume.
  • Benefits & Policy Design: Develop and administer employee benefits, wellness programs, and HR policies that promote work-life balance and overall employee well-being.
  • Healthcare Benchmarking: Conduct regular industry benchmarking and salary surveys specific to healthcare, diagnostics, and health-tech sectors to keep pay ranges highly competitive.
  • Annual Appraisal Management: Lead the annual compensation review cycle, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and budget forecasting.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Leverage HR metrics and financial data analytics to evaluate compensation program effectiveness and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all compensation and benefits policies adhere fully to statutory labor laws and regulations in India.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of dedicated experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or Performance Management.
  • Industry Focus: Prior experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, Diagnostics, or Health-Tech is highly preferred.
  • Education: Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Technical & Analytical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and HRIS platforms to manage complex datasets and compensation structures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of clearly articulating complex compensation concepts to senior leadership and employees.
