Microland's Total Rewards team is looking for a Compensation & Benefits professional to enable the design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs. The role partners with HR Business Partners, Finance, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure reward practices are competitive, equitable, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, passion for rewards and employee experience, and the ability to build and leverage AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to generate workforce insights, improve decision-making, and drive process efficiency.
Responsibilities
Compensation & Rewards
- Manage annual compensation cycles including merit reviews, promotions, bonuses, and salary administration.
- Support compensation decisions for hiring, internal movements, retention, and market corrections.
- Ensure effective implementation and governance of compensation policies and guidelines.
Analytics & Benchmarking
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis using salary surveys and external market data.
- Generate insights on pay competitiveness, internal equity, and compensation trends.
- Develop analytical reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Incentives & Program Design
- Support the design, administration, and evaluation of sales, service, and operational incentive plans.
- Assist in maintaining salary structures, job architecture, and rewards frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Business Partnering & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation insights and recommendations.
- Support rewards projects, policy reviews, job evaluations, and process improvements.
- Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to enhance efficiency, reporting, and employee experience.
Qualifications
- MBA/PG from a reputed institute in HR, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related disciplines from 2–4 years of post-MBA experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Consulting, or related areas OR equivalent higher experience.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is desirable.
- Understanding of compensation benchmarking, salary surveys, incentive programs, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets, derive actionable insights, and translate data into business recommendations.
