We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Professional with 8-12 years of experience to manage and enhance our compensation and benefits programs. This role will involve designing competitive compensation structures, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements while aligning programs with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Management:
Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, manage vendors, and ensure smooth delivery of health, insurance, and retirement plans
Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and develop/uphold compensation and benefits policies
Employee Communication: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and enhance transparency regarding total rewards programs
Collaboration: Work with HR, finance, and leadership to align compensation strategies with business goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
8-12 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably in a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and labor laws
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
