Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in C&B analytics,
- Analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics about jobs, compensation and benefits and provide meaningful insights
- Expertise in advanced excel and handling large volume of data
- Create framework for regular tracking and governance on hiring costs, compensation analytics, ranges, Incentive analytics etc
- Forecast HR costs by department and help create budgets. Take part in Annual HR budget Planning analysis
- Reviewing employee and candidate data for various analysis and prepare regular HR Dashboard and Monthly comp analytics
- Compensation Benchmarking vs market & revision of hiring ranges for employees at different levels
