COMPENSATION & BENEFITS LEAD | PRIVATE-PUBLIC SECTOR | TOTAL REWARDS

On behalf of our Client, we are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to join a Human Resources Centre of Excellence, where you will lead the development and implementation of remuneration strategies, compensation frameworks and reward programmes. Working closely with HR and business leaders, you will help ensure the organisation maintains competitive, equitable and commercially aligned reward practices.

The role will be responsible for reviewing compensation structures, conducting market benchmarking, analysing remuneration data and providing recommendations to support strategic decision-making. You will also partner with stakeholders to manage the annual compensation review cycle and provide expert advice on complex compensation matters.

In addition, you will contribute to the review of benefits programmes, HR policies and governance frameworks while supporting strategic projects related to Total Rewards. The role requires close collaboration across HR and the business to ensure reward practices remain compliant, effective and aligned with organisational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, supported by excellent analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in developing compensation frameworks, interpreting market data and working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday will be advantageous.
