Responsibilities
Compensation Partner supporting India
- Part of the Regional Compensation Team that is responsible for rendering advisory services in areas pertaining to compensation to HRBP & BU leadership to craft execute and drive the delivery of a BUs talent & business strategy
- Accountable for consulting designing delivering measuring and optimizing compensation programs and interventions for the Business Unit (BU).
- Aggregates BU compensation needs as represented by the HRBP & BU Leadership & provides advisory services program plan to the Compensation CoE team for execution
- Enables HRBP Leadership with intelligent data analytics and reporting to enable data driven talent / business decisions
- Partners effectively with other Functional groups (e.g. TAG OEPM BU OE Global Mobility Talent Systems et al) to drive BU anchored compensation programs and initiatives both transformational and transactional in nature
