Job Title: Compensation Analyst (APAC)
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Role Summary:
Serve as the APAC compensation specialist, managing pay programs, salary planning, job architecture, and rewards initiatives to ensure competitiveness and compliance across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary compensation contact for HR and business leaders.
- Lead annual compensation planning in Workday, including configuration, testing, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain job architecture and salary structures for internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Conduct salary surveys, analyze market data, and deliver insights to leadership.
- Manage global Rewards & Recognition programs and benefits-in-kind.
- Ensure data integrity and reporting in Workday with HRIS collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 78 years experience in compensation/HR within APAC.
- Strong analytics, survey tools, job evaluation (WTW GGS), Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Preferred: Workday experience, project management, excellent communication skills.
