Role Purpose:
This is a high-leverage role that sits at the intersection of compensation design, people analytics, and organisational effectiveness - across our operating geographies. Beyond owning the C&B framework, this person will serve as the analytical and strategic engine of the HR function, supporting the HR Head with data, insights, frameworks, and execution on cross-cutting people priorities. Critically, this role must ensure that compensation and benefits philosophy is applied consistently across markets while remaining locally competitive and compliant - balancing a global framework with the reality of three (and growing) very different labour markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Philosophy & Architecture
Own and manage compensation philosophy, structure, and bands across all geographies
Compensation Benchmarking & Market Positioning - Multi-Country
Lead annual benchmarking across all operating geographies using relevant survey sources
Annual Compensation Review Cycle
Lead the end-to-end annual hike cycle across all geographies — benchmarking, hike pool modelling, differentiation frameworks, manager guidance, and implementation
Variable Pay & Incentive Design
Design and manage variable pay structures, sales incentive plans, and performance-linked compensation components across all markets
Benefits Design & Benchmarking - Multi-Country
Own the benefits philosophy and portfolio across all geographies
People Analytics & HR Reporting
Build and maintain the people analytics infrastructure - dashboards, metrics, and reporting cadences for HR leadership and business stakeholders - covering all geographies
Organisational Effectiveness
Support org design reviews across geographies - analysing spans and layers, identifying structural inefficiencies, and modelling org change scenarios
Chief of Staff - HR Function
Act as the operating partner to the HR Head — owning the HR function's internal rhythm, priorities, and execution across all markets
