Job Description

BharatPe has recently acquired a majority stake in Mumbai-based NBFC, TrillionLoans Fintech. TrillionLoans is a 5 year old NBFC whose portfolio majorly runs across personal loans, supply chain finance and other segments such as auto and gold loans. With this, BharatPe is now enabled to further drive financial empowerment for Bharat with continued leverage of its advanced tech stack. As we start this new phase of growth, we are looking for motivated individuals to unlock exponential innovation and growth in the lending space. Responsibilities will include

Functional Expertise

1. Assisting in debt raising and issuance of debentures and other securities from time to time including review of debt

documents

2. Drafting Agenda and minutes for Board meeting, Shareholders meeting, Audit Committee meeting, Risk Management

Committee meeting and other committees of the Board; Assisting in conducting statutory meetings

3. Assisting in compliance with the shareholders agreement and policies framed by the Company

4. Filing of various statutory forms required under the Companies Act, 2013 and RBI

5. Preparation of Board's report, annual return, AGM notices etc.

6. Maintaining and safe keeping the statutory records of the Company

7. Liaising with regulatory authorities, statutory auditors, internal auditors, RTA, trustees etc as required

8. Ensuring all compliances applicable to a Non- Banking Financial Company under the Companies Act, secretarial standards, FEMA, RBI and other corporate laws and keeping the management/Directors up to date of all necessary compliances.

Skills, experiences & behaviors

Excellent knowledge and practical experience in the area of corporate laws, secretarial standards, NBFC compliance, RBI norms

You should have attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

You should be responsible, transparent, reliable with good stakeholder management skills.

Ensuring that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements

Interact with external/internal stakeholders and set up the entire system from grounds up

Qualification & Experience

CS degree

LLB will be an advantage but not mandatory

2 to 5 years of experience in NBFC in a secretarial function
