Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary Trainee, CS Trainee, CS Article, or Semi-qualified CA based in Noida, NCR. The candidate will assist with legal and statutory compliance in corporate governance, FEMA compliances, mergers and acquisitions, drafting resolutions, and preparing reports for board meetings or shareholders meetings. The role includes liaisoning with government departments like ROC, MCA, and SEBI, and assisting with representation in forums such as NCLT or regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will also contribute to tasks related to consulting, advisory services, and support for startups, ensuring accuracy and maintaining confidentiality in all assignments.

Qualifications for CS Trainee

  • Knowledge of Corporate Laws, Allied Laws, and experience in Compliances (e.g., FEMA, SEBI, ROC filings).
  • Proficiency in drafting resolutions, notices, reports, agreements, and legal opinions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing records and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and liaison with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant technologies for document preparation and reporting.
  • Preferred: Enrollment in CS Articleship, or partial qualification in CS or CA.
  • Professional integrity and commitment to confidentiality, with an eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Qualification for Semi-qualified CA/ Bcom Graduate with experience
