About the Role

Proxcel Advisory Services is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Company Secretary (CS) Trainees who want to gain practical experience in corporate laws, secretarial compliance, FEMA regulations, and corporate governance.

Eligibility & Requirements

• CS Executive qualified or CS Professional pursuing.
• Eligible for ICSI practical training.
• Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA regulations.
• Good drafting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a professional consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with ROC filings and statutory compliance.
• Support company incorporation and secretarial documentation.
• Assist in preparing board resolutions, minutes, and statutory registers.
• Work on FEMA and other regulatory compliance matters.
• Support corporate governance and company law assignments.
